How can I make a purchase?

Item Search: You can freely browse our catalog by selecting the category you are interested in from the navigation menu; to make your search more precise, use the filters or the site's internal search.

Product Information: On each product sheet you can view all the information about the item (description, composition, measurements, ingredients, nutritional values, etc.) and, by clicking on the product image, enlarge it to view all the details.

How to buy: To buy a product on Her Majesty Sicily:
1. from the product tab, select color and size of the item from the available combinations if required;
2. add the product to the cart;
3. if you decide to continue shopping, you can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the icon at the top right of the screen;
4. click on the cart icon and decide when to proceed with the order;
5. if you are a registered user you can login or continue as a guest and enter your shipping address and optionally your billing address;
6. select a desired shipping type and payment method;
7. enter payment information;
8. check that the information entered is correct and click "Complete Order"

Within a few minutes a thank-you message in the center of the page will inform you that the purchase process was successfully completed. Finally, you will receive a confirmation email containing details about your order

What is it and how does the promo code work?

The discount code is provided to take advantage of special promotions. We often send promotional codes to customers subscribed to our Newsletter at special events.

I have a promotional code, how can I use it?

If you have received a promotional code, all you have to do is enter it on the order conclusion page-the discount will be calculated and displayed automatically.
Please verify that the discount has been applied before finalizing your purchase. Remember to enter the promo code when finalizing your order as you will not be able to add it later.

Where can I check the status of my order?
You can check the progress of your order in the "My Orders" section of your account, accessible after logging in.
How can I check the status of my order?

If the order has been placed correctly and is confirmed, you will be automatically redirected to the confirmation page where you will find your order number. You will also be sent an email with all the details.

Can I cancel or change an order I have already placed?

Once the order is completed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it. It will be necessary to wait for delivery and proceed with any return and/or exchange. To exercise return by withdrawal consult the instructions in the "Returns and Refunds" section.

Can I make a return?

You can return items purchased on Her Majesty Sicily's online shop for return within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. Please note that the items must not have been opened and also complete with their original box. For more information regarding our return policy click here.

Delivery times should be considered purely indicative and may vary.

Fulfillment and entrusting of the order to the courier takes place on working days from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are normally processed on the first working day after the order is placed and in any case within 5 working days after the order is taken (in cases of seasonal peaks in orders). In any case, delivery times are given for indicative purposes only and are therefore not binding. Delivery times may be delayed during holidays. For deliveries to countries outside the EEC, customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Home delivery is intended to be street level and will be made, unless otherwise specified, Monday through Friday during normal office hours (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.), excluding national holidays. The courier will make two delivery attempts and, if not received, will leave the package at its relevant location.

I have a promotional code, how can I use it?

All orders are sent with a trackable shipping service. Once your package is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a link to track the progress of your package. After 24 hours of placing the order, you will be able to track the shipping status by accessing the tracking page.

Can I change the shipping address of an order?

To change the shipping address of an order, you must contact us within 1 hour of your purchase by email at help@suamaestasicilia.it or on WhatsApp at +39 377 3279258. If the package has already been processed it will take longer to receive it as the courier will need to be contacted and notified of the new address.

Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

You will not have to pay customs duties or import taxes for orders shipped to Italy or the rest of the European Union.

For all shipments to or from countries outside the European Union, The recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs, and local taxes imposed by the country in which the shipment is made.
Payment of these fees is essential to allow the order to clear customs.
It is not possible to calculate what the exact amount to pay for taxes and duties is, so please check them before placing an order

Why can't I find my country/state during registration?

If your shipping destination is not among those available, you need to contact our customer service department at help@suamaestasicilia.it or on WhatsApp at +39 377 3279258. The customs policies of your desired destination may require more detailed or different documentation than those for the countries to which we currently ship, so you will need the intervention of our customer service department, which will check for any restrictions and produce the necessary documentation to ensure that your order arrives at its destination.

To which countries can goods be shipped?

Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Romania, Austria, Switzerland, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Payments

What payment methods are available?

Payments can be made through:
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal*, Apple Pay,Google Pay, Klarna**, Satispay, Bank Transfer, Payment on Delivery (Payment on Delivery is available for Italy only).

Companies can request an invoice during checkout by checking the appropriate box and entering the required information.

All transactions are secure: the His Majesty Sicily site is equipped with the SSL encryption system that ensures maximum protection of personal and payment data. In order for you to proceed with the order in case you choose payment by bank transfer, it is necessary that payment is received by His Majesty Sicily no later than 5 working days. The products will be prepared for shipment as soon as the payment has been successful; otherwise, in case the payment has not been received within the 5-day period the order will be considered automatically cancelled.

*Pay now or in 3 interest-free installments with PayPal. 0% APR. Pay in 3 installments is available for purchases between 30€ and 2000€. No initial or late fees. **Payment through Klarna is available for purchases up to a maximum value of €4,000 with immediate payment, up to a maximum of €2,500 with installment payment, and up to a maximum of €2,500 with payment after delivery.

Can I pay on delivery?

We accept payment on delivery (available for Italy only). In the cost of shipping is already included the cost of cash on delivery amounting to € 3.00.

Is the payment secure?

Your information is encrypted and secure. Every purchase is made in maximum security through the use of certified secure servers and the adoption of the most advanced encryption systems (SSL). All transactions are processed by a secure online payment gateway that transfers payment information through the highest security standard, in encrypted form: your credit card information will be totally unreadable to Her Majesty Sicily and third parties. We also use only secure connections, as evidenced by the "https" prefix and padlock symbol that appear in the browser address bar. To protect your credit card purchases, you will be asked to enter the CVV2/CVC2/CID security code with each order.

We also take the risk of fraud seriously; all credit and debit card payments are subject to validation and authorization by both us and your credit institution. Our payments department will conduct fraud checks before approving the transaction and, for added protection, may contact you for further details before confirming the order.

What is the security code?

On Mastercard and Visa cards, the security code is a 3-digit number on the back of the card near the space reserved for the cardholder's signature. On American Express cards, the security code is located on the front of the card and consists of 4 digits.

Returns and Refunds

How long do I have to make a return?

You can return items purchased on Her Majesty Sicily's online shop for return within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. Please note that in order to be returned and refunded, the item(s) you would like to return
shall not be opened and complete with their original box.

Follow the steps below to make your return:

  1. Place the item(s) (complete with their original box) you wish to return in a carton. You can use the cardboard box you received the package with as the return packaging; if it is no longer usable or you have thrown it away, you can use any other cardboard container/box.
  2. Close the package by checking that you have included the items (complete with box)
  3. Mail your return.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, return shipping is free in Italy. For Europe and other countries, the cost of return service is equal to the cost incurred for shipping. The return service is through Poste Italiane (Crono Reverse) contracted with His Majesty Sicily, which will allow you to easily ship your package through the Post Office network (Punto Poste, Poste Italiane Post Offices, or self-service locker points). This shipping service has no cost in Italy, which will be deducted from your return refund. Please also note that in the case of withdrawal for only one or some of the items received with the same order and delivery, the refund of shipping costs will be reduced proportionally.

In the online form, you will need to enter the ZIP code (Postal Code) you indicated for shipping and in your order number (e.g., PRIT0001 ).You will then receive by e-mail your return label to print and attach externally to your return package:

  • TAKE IT TO THE POST OFFICE: You may take the return package to the Post Office Point of your choice OR, alternatively.
  • AGREES TO A RETREAT: However, choose the nearest Post Office Point to you (required) and then, after receiving the shipping label to be printed and attached to the package, you can arrange for a home pickup by calling the toll-free number 803 160 indicating the number of the Waybill on the return label.
By when will I receive the refund?

As soon as the item arrives at our location, a quality check of the returned item will be performed and you will then be refunded within 14 days through the same payment method you used at the time of purchase. In the case of cash payment, you will necessarily have to communicate your bank details (IBAN of your bank account) to help@suamaestasicilia.it in order to process the reimbursement by bank transfer.

The refund will be handled by Gelsomino Srl, the company that manages Her Majesty Sicily's online shop.

If you have received a refund confirmation but it does not show on the payment method used for the purchase, please contact the Bank or Credit/Debit Card Company, PayPal Customer Support. In this case, the refund was correctly made by Jasmine His Majesty Sicily, but the timing of the crediting depends on the banking institution, Paypal, or the service used.

Is the return free?

You will receive email status updates on your shipment until it is received at our warehouse.

To what address should I send my online purchase returns?

Follow the online return procedure through the Postal Points, the address will already be pre-filled.

Can I receive the refund on a different card than the one used for the order?

For security reasons, we cannot refund you on a card other than the purchase card.

How can I register?

Creating an account is super easy and free. "Click here," enter the requested information and choose a password.
Registered users can save favorite products in the wishlist, access all information about orders and returns.

Do I have to be registered to make a purchase?

You do not need to be registered to purchase, but you will not be able to view orders placed in your private area.

I forgot my password, what can I do?

To retrieve your password click here. Enter the email address you are registered with. You will receive an email that will allow you to save a new password tied to your Account.

How can I change my account information?

To change your information, log in to your Account by entering your email and password and clicking on "Edit" will allow you to update the information you want.
