SOLE WITH CHILI CREAM AND OLIVES

  • 4 Fillets of Sole
  • 4 Tablespoons of our Chili Pepper Cream
  • Green olives, pitted and cut into rounds
  • Butter
  • Finely chopped Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Proceedings

1. Preheat the oven:
